Valentines Love-tail
serves 6
- 1 box of Strawberries
- 1 bottle of Prosecco
or - 1 bottle of Soda (for a non alcoholic version)
Clean, chop and blend the strawberries, keep a few for garnish. Strain the strawberry puree through a sieve, to eliminate the seeds.
When you are ready to serve fill about half your glass with the strained strawberry puree and top each glass with prosecco. For an alcohol free version use soda instead of prosecco.
Mix with a cocktail stirrer and garnish with strawberries.
