French Martini

My April Easter cocktail recipe in April’s Sheridan Road Magazine/Country Magazine and Hinsdale Living!

Ladies, slip on your favorite Louboutins, paint your lips red, and sip this heavenly cocktail—what better way to start the evening than to do as the French do.

Serves 1

• 1/2 – 1 ounces vodka
• 1/2 ounce Chambord or raspberry liqueur
• 2 ounces of pineapple juice
• Raspberries for garnish
• Ice

Pour the Chambord, vodka and pineapple juice into a shaker.
Add some ice and shake vigorously to create a nice foamy cocktail.
Double strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with raspberries.
