Pineapple Champagne Punch


Serves 8


  • 2 cups of pineapple juice
  • ½ cup of orange juice
  • ½ cup of mango juice
  • 1 bottle of good champagne (or soda)
  • 1 pineapple cut into wedges
  • rosemary springs (8)

Mix the pineapple, orange and mango juice into a pitcher.

Pour the mixture into 8 champagne flutes or other fun glasses until half full. Top the glasses with champagne (or soda for a non alcohol version)

Serve immediately, garnish with pineapple wedges and rosemary springs.
