Dutch Arretjes Cake

Serves 6-8

1 pack of butter (non salted)
2 eggs (or use a bit of milk)
1 pack of plain biscuits (Maria biscuits or Graham)
50 gr Cocoa
200 gr of brown caster sugar or very fine white sugar

How to make it:
Step 1: Break the biscuits into small pieces
Step 2: Let the butter melt very gently
Step 3: Mix the cacao, sugar, biscuits, eggs (or milk) and butter in one large mixing-bowl
Step 4: When mixed, put the mixture in a cake tin
Step 5: Put it in the fridge for at least 2 to 3 hours

Voila ! Eet smakelijk ! Bon Appetite!

Tip: Nice as a dessert or just as an afternoon delight with a cup of tea!
