Coconut Margarita

A cool cocktail for a hot summer night.

SERVES 6

• 1 15 ounce can of Cream of Coconut
• 3/4 Cup of Tequila
• 1/2 Cup of freshly-squeezed lime juice
• 1/4 Cup of Cointreau
• 1 Cup of crushed ice

Blend Cream of Coconut with the Tequila, lime juice, Cointreau and ice in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately in a Margarita glass with a slice of lime.
