Delicious quick and easy avocado spread on toast topped with a fried egg with runny yolk!
INGREDIENTS
1 avocado
1 tbsp of lime juice
salt, pepper
a pinch of garlic powder
chili peppers flakes (if you like a little heat, to taste)
1 tbsp of freshly chopped cilantro
1 tbsp of freshly chopped basil
4 slices of toasted bread (gluten-free)
DIRECTIONS
Mash avocado with the lime juice, salt, pepper, dried chili flakes, garlic powder and freshly chopped basil and cilantro.
Fry the eggs with some butter or olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Spread the avocado mixture on the toast, top with the fried egg and add a little salt and pepper. Serve with some fresh tomatoes and shaved parmesan to the side.
