Since March I have started working as a food editor for Sheridan Road Magazine/Country Magazine and Hinsdale Living. Besides that I am busy trying to write my Italian cookbook. I have so many recipes that I got while living in Rome. All my recipes are however handwritten so am busy now rewriting in different measurements (European vs American), cook, photograph and catalogue them on my computer. I am having a lot of fun with it and of course my family appreciates it as well being the tasters for it. I will post some of my recipes here on my website.
