Last summer, when I actually thought I was moving back “Home”, I did an interview for LINDA Magazine. The theme was about “packing and leaving”.
Today I received the actual magazine in Basel. Thanks mom for sending! The article is in Dutch but describes the many moves, the movers doing your packing but touching everything, the things that break etc. It also describes me being back in the Netherlands and how hard I felt it actually was moving back to a country that once was my home, but where I felt I needed to do the same as I do when I am abroad, adjusting to the culture, integrate and getting used to how the Dutch do it. Even though my move back only lasted about 6 weeks, I learned a lot.
